There should be a contact link on thier home page, just email them and ask why it was removed, it may just be that they are cracking down on copyright issues, so if you have played a song with one of your videos and the artist hasn't given permission then they will block you.
I got a warning the other day cos I made a slideshow of pictures and put a song on as backing music, but because it was an eminem song they said that the owner hadnt given me permission to use it.
If youve done this on a few videos this may be why you have been premently banned.
