You can't fix the worldwide blocked video. It is because of copyright issues. you copied One Direction's music onto youTube. Thats copyright infringement.
You see others doing it because because at times it's only blocked in some countries, and your country isn't one it's blocked in. that doesn't mean the uploader doesn't have copyright issues. Being blocked in some countries is subject to change to being blocked worldwide at any given moment
So it's never a good idea to assume since you see other people posting the same stuff, you can too.
You said it yourself "I do not own it" - you don't own it. Why did you use it in Your Video? it's your video and you are responsible for it's contents. Copyright is literally the right to copy. That is and will always be the record label's right, not ours.
YouTube isn't checking the description box. They are scanning the video. They have a content identifying system. Movie, TV show, and music companies give youTube copies of their entertainment and YouTube enters it in a database. When a video is uploaded, it is scanned for copyrighted material as it processes and if your video matches something in their database, you're in trouble for violating copyrights.
one Direction's music was in their database, your lyric video matched and was rightfully blocked for wrongful copyright infringement.
